What is the process to initiate a refund on Nusuk?

1.Access your wallet:

• Log into your Nusuk account and click the “View Wallet” button on your e-wallet card on the main dashboard, or
• Click the icon next to your name (top right), select “My Profile”, then choose “My Wallet”.

2.Request a refund:

1. • On the “My Wallet” page, click the “Withdraw” button next to your current balance. 

Important: Refund requests are final. You cannot reverse a refund once submitted, and partial withdrawals are not allowed — the full balance will be withdrawn.
